A crossover between two titans in the gaming industry, Fortnite and League of Legends, is coming to celebrate the release of Riot Games’ new animated series, Arcane. League champion Jinx will be dropping onto the Island as a new skin in Fortnite.
Epic Games have been spoiling Fortnite players with one impressive crossover after the other throughout Chapter 2 Season 8 including Resident Evil favorites Chris and Jill, as well as another Spacefarer Ariana Grande skin.
The highly-anticipated Naruto crossover was expected to be the next one in line. However, it’s now been announced that something equally impressive is on the cards: Fortnite will be crossing paths with League of Legends.
The crossover perfectly coincides with the launch of Riot Games’ new animated series, Arcane, featuring one of the show’s main characters: Jinx! Here’s everything you need to know about the new crossover skin.

Like most premium skins in Fortnite, League of Legends fans will be able to get their hands on the new Jinx skin by purchasing it from the Item Shop when it goes live.
It doesn’t seem as though there’s a way to get the Jinx skin for free right now – sometimes Epic Games host tournaments with skins given out as rewards for the top competitors.
Fortnite League of Legends’ Jinx skin release date
The League of Legends’ Jinx skin should be released when the Fortnite Item Shop resets on Friday, November 4, 2021, at 8pm ET.
That converts to 5pm ET and 12am BST (on November 5) for players in the UK.
Jinx is swinging into Fortnite as part of a huge LoL crossover.How much is Fortnite’s Arcane Jinx skin?
We don’t have a price yet, but based on previous big-name crossovers, the Arcane Jinx skin by itself should cost around 1,500 V-Bucks, with matching cosmetics likely available at a range of prices.
The Jinx skin will also have an Arcane bundle featuring the following items:

- Pow Pow Crusher Pickaxe
- Playground Lobby Track
- Jinxed Spray
- Wreaking Havoc Loading Screen

The bundle of cosmetics will likely be available to purchase for a discounted price, usually around 2,800 V-Bucks if previous bundles are anything to go by.
Fortnite isn’t the only game getting new skins to celebrate the release of the show. Of course, League of Legends is getting some updated cosmetics based on the show too.
