How to watch

The best ways to catch all of the action will be through the event’s official website, as well as on YouTube, Twitch, and Twitter.

However, it was revealed that the Game Fest has partnered up with IMAX to bring all the reveals to select theaters, though no additional information has been disclosed just yet.

Schedule and what to expect

As mentioned previously, the festival is set to kick off on June 9, with two showcases currently listed on the official Summer Game Fest website, along with the usual opening night event hosted by Keighley himself.

According to the current schedule, fans should expect a spotlight by Tribeca Games on June 10 at 12 PM PT / 3PM ET / 9PM GMT / 10PM CEST.

Additionally, Xbox and Bethesda are set to take the stage on June 12, where we could see updates for Fable, Perfect Dark, or Forza Motorsport.

As for what to expect, Keighley stressed in a recent Twitter Spaces broadcast (thanks, VGC) that fans should keep expectations in check.

“We’ve got lots of good stuff to show you but buyer beware of some of the crazy rumors I’m seeing out there in terms of things people expect to get announced.”

What we do know is that Cuphead’s long-awaited DLC, Delicious Last Course, will be shown, as well as gameplay from upcoming horror title The Callisto Protocol.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson will also be in attendance, and fans can expect to see the first level of 2022’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s campaign highlighted as part of the event.
