After weeks of anticipation, The Haunting event is now live across both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War.

From unique challenges and rewards to terrifying Operator skins, there’s plenty to be on the lookout for this Halloween.

The Haunting event schedule

The Haunting event in Warzone and Cold War kicked off on Tuesday, October 19. It is scheduled to run through until November 2.

Over the course of The Haunting, players have access to every piece of content along with every unique mode. There’s no time-gating to be found here.

This year’s Haunting event has its own epic crossover trailer to get you in the mood for a fright.

In the trailer we see Twitch star FaZe Swagg being haunted by Scream’s Ghostface. Swagg gets tormented by the spooky character and eventually murdered in this sick crossover. Check out the full trailer above.

The Haunting event skins and rewards

Additionally, there’s a new batch of spooky skins now available. Scream’s Ghostface, Donnie Darko’s Frank, Necro Queen, Disciple, and Lumens were all revealed in Call of Duty’s blog post.

Moreover, players can also get their hands on a new Season 6 SMG, the LAPA can be earned by completing a full set of challenges in either Warzone or Cold War.

Further event rewards include weapon blueprints, charms, and stickers that players can earn from completing challenges during the event.

Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk Limited-Time Mode

The Ghosts of Verdansk game mode brings a spooky twist to Warzone.

Much like last year’s event, there is a new LTM now live inWarzone. The Ghosts of Verdansk mode spooks things up with a ghostly twist. The mode works similarly to the old Zombies mode but with some changes.

When dying players become ghosts with supernatural abilities. Ghosts need to work to collect three souls so they can spawn back into the fight as an operator. Along with a fear meter, this mode is looking to shake up the way Warzone plays.
